We generate a large amount of programme ideas and material internally, drawing on our own creative skills. However, early on we identified that we wanted to be working with the broadest possible range of great ideas, and access and stay tuned to a wide pool of established and emerging talent. We are passionate about building networks and collaborating creatively with others.

We have opened up opportunities to other professional writers and concept creators in the industry through a submissions system, which has been extremely successful in attracting high quality ideas and impressive up-and-coming writers. We have also attracted some very established high profile talent in the industry.
