What We Do

Much of our ideas generation and development for television programmes takes place internally, but we also develop ideas and scripts in creative partnership with external writers and concept creators, and with people who bring outstanding stories and events to us.

Our Screen West Midlands funded slate involves the development of select flagship projects prior to commission, over a longer period than the rest of our continual ideas generation processes. Find out more about our funded slate here.

The grounding in production provided by sister company Fullrange Media means that on commission we are able to produce and post-produce our programmes in-house. We will draw on the assets we have readily established through Fullrange Media’s productions for high-end clients with broadcast equivalent budgets and scale. These include our creative and technical production expertise, our high level skills and fresh approach when it comes to crew management, our trusted pool of crew freelancers, and our cutting edge HD equipment and editing facilities here at Oakslade.

We are harnessing our proven successful business skills, our production experience, and screen industry contacts, to continue with the growth of Framework Television as a sustainable company.

Framework Television is very well connected to the network of creative industries in the Midlands, sitting on the Producers’ Forum and benefiting from good relationships with the major established independents based in the Midlands. We benefit from the support and the contacts of some award winning established producers and executive producers. Through these contacts and through our own networking and relationship building, our access to key commissioners and Independents Executives is growing.
